You'll notice that we don't measure the ingredients. You can use more or less, it's up to your taste!
Pesto Shrimp
Pesto Sauce
Peeled & De-veined Shrimp
Marinate at room temperature for 2 hour or for up to 2 days in your refrigerator. Skewer your shrimp as shown on the video. Remember if your using wooden skewers, you must submerge them in water overnight. After your shrimp are cooked, brush your shrimp with more fresh pesto sauce and serve.
Mini Pizza
Dough
Crushed Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella
Romano Cheese
Fresh Basil
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Mix in a bowl, your mozzarella, romano, basil, garlic, salt & pepper. Portion your dough into golf ball size, then press and shape your mini pizza. Brush olive oil on both sides of your dough and place on your grill. Flip your dough and place your sauce and cheese mixture onto your mini pizza, top with a little olive oil and close grill lid. You will need to keep a close eye on your mini pizza, because the dough can burn.
Chicken Tenders
Chicken Tenderloins
Teriyaki Ginger Sesame Glaze
Marinate Chicken for 2 hours at room temperature or up to 2 days in your refrigerator. Skewer your chicken as shown on the video. Remember if your using wooden skewers, you must submerge them in water overnight. After you chicken is cooked, brush your chicken with more fresh glaze and serve.
Clams Casino
Clams
Cooked Bacon
Pepper jack Cheese
Lemon
Shuck clam,squeeze a little lemon juice on your clam then place bacon and cheese on top. Place on grill and close grill lid. When the cheese is bubbling, your clam's casino is done.
Quesadillas
Tortilla Soft Wraps
Colby Jack Cheese Mix or any cheese mixture
Olive Oil
Sour Cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Brush olive oil on grill side of your tortilla. Place 2 tortilla's on your grill and place cheese on top, close grill lid. When Cheese is almost melted, take both half's and press together. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and Salsa. You will need to keep a close eye on your tortilla, because your tortilla can burn.
Sangria
Red Wine
Fruit Punch
Club Soda
Lemon
Orange
Lime
Mix wine, fruit punch and club soda. Slice fruit and mix with the your sangria.
Tips: Always spray your grill with non-stick spray and then heat your grill. Make sure your grill is nice and hot before placing food on it. And when cooking these appetizers, it's good to cover them when cooking, so they will cook faster.
