Mancinelli & Sons Catering are based on the shoreline town of Madison Connecticut. Mancinelli's are a family owned business. Mancinelli & Sons Catering started when John Mancinelli and his fatMancinelli Family CT Catering Groupher in-law John Gambori realized that they had a lot in common, they liked to eat! Being Italian and big Sunday dinners with the family are important to them. John Gambori is no stranger to the food business, back in the 70's Gambori owned a restaurant in Hamden known as Giovanni's. The whole family worked there, his wife Therisa and their young daughters Sheryl, Valerie and Karen. With John Gambori's old world recipe's and John Mancinelli's more modern recipes they have the perfect blend. Mancinelli's will bring you flavorful food that will satisfy everyone’s taste.

In the past for the fun of it John and his father in-law would cater the family functions. They loved to see the smile on people’s faces and nice comments they would say when they would eat their food. Then at one of the functions a person approached us and asked is we can cater a party for them. This is when we realized we can expand our passion for good food and start a catering business. When in the kitchen it's a family affair, Mancinelli's wife Sheryl and sons Rocco and Dino are cooking up a storm.

 

Waitresses are also a part of the family, John Mancinelli's mom Joan Dellacamera and sisters Donna Hart and Debbie Valletta are a part of the staff. Have the Mancinelli family cater your next affair.
